The Cognitive Science Group at Federal University of Amapa (Brazil) aims to promote the scientific interchange among interdisciplinary researchers from many study fields, including Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, Anthropology, Psychology, Neuroscience, Philosophy, and Education. The Group is accomplishing projects with focus in the Amazon Forest environment, embracing many perspectives to realize the nature of human mind and intelligence by scientific methods from Cognitive Science. It´s interdisciplinary efforts, high level, to find the relationship among brain, mind, computation and behavior human and animal. For that, Cognitive Science produces knowledge through reverse engineering of human mind with proposal of deeping dive into mechanisms of brain in the all levels – from molecules to synapses and from neurons to algorithm circuits, emulating in the computational machines the human behavior and cognition processes, thus, building connections among this levels.
